Return and Refund Policy

At Nervana Medical, your safety and satisfaction are our highest priorities. Because we provide medical-grade products and prescription-based treatments, we must strictly adhere to FDA regulations that prohibit the return or resale of medical-grade or compounded products once they have left our facility.

Products

  • Due to FDA regulations, we cannot accept any returns or issue refunds for opened or unopened medical-grade products, prescription items, or compounded medications (including injectables, topical agents, or nutrient vials).

  • All product sales are final. Please ensure accuracy before completing your purchase.

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at hello@nervanamedical.com with photos and your order number. We will assist with replacement if eligible.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are final sale, carry no cash value, and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
